Before use, an appropriate amount of calcium-based or aluminum-based grease should be applied to the screw rod and checked every ~ month after it is put into use

Manual hoists (handwheel type and hand-cranked type) both open the gate counterclockwise and close it clockwise
It should be noted that after the gate is closed in place, no more force should be used to prevent the screw rod from bending.
When the electric hoist is operated manually, the switching handle should be moved to the manual position. After the manual operation is completed,
the handle must not be moved back to the electric hoist. It will automatically switch.
The wiring and debugging work of the electric hoist shell must not be done on rainy days. After the adjustment is completed, the shell should be covered.
Pay attention to the sealing effect. The debugging work should be done immediately after opening the cover. Do not open the cover and debug it overnight. Electric hoists are all short-time working systems and the continuous debugging time should not be too long. Even gates that are used infrequently are recommended to be run at least once a month. After the gate is installed, it is strictly prohibited to carry out secondary grouting with the gate body open. The water flow test shall not be carried out before the hoist is installed on the rear edge of the gate.
When installing the gate, it should be noted that the reverse water pressure in the direction of the water pressure the one-way gate withstands must not exceed the specified
value.
The gate is usually made of cast iron or ductile iron, which has better corrosion resistance. Usually, anti-corrosion work is carried out
once every year. When the medium is highly corrosive, the anti-corrosion period should be determined according to the specific circumstances.
